As per 1 May 2013 our fuel surcharge for road transport is 14%
Our diesel fuel surcharge provision is as follows:
Every € 0,03 diesel price increase means a diesel fuel surcharge adjustment of 1%
Twice per calendar month we will review and determine the diesel fuel surcharge for the following month:
1st Review: On the first Monday of each calendar month
2nd Review: On the first Monday following the 15th of each calendar month.

The surcharge percentage will apply according to below table and will be mentioned seperately on your invoice.
Explanation of the table:
As a benchmark we utilize a diesel price of 1,02 ct/l incl. VAT (base for the 2012 tariff calculation).
Level of the diesel price: average diesel prices in The Netherlands, to be acquired via www.tln.nl
Any diesel price drop under the benchmark figure will not lead to a rate adjustment or negative surcharge.
